Work Experience
2022↓Most recently worked with Salesforce on increasing adoption rate of Einstein Prediction Builder for low AI maturity users. Last summer, I advocated for delightful player experiences at Amazon Games. I led player research and crafted UX improvements for New World’s launch experience.

2019 - 2021↓Before that, I worked for India's second largest telecom, Airtel. As one of the early growth designers at the company, my focus was on creating engagement experiences to increase their top funnel audience. Through my efforts, I managed to increase the redemption rate of core rewards product by 11%. Alongside this, I also developed acquisition programs that facilitated connectivity for residents of small towns across the country. In addition, I designed telecom plans for over 10 million households.

2018↓And before that, I was designing features and digital campaigns for India's largest fashion e-commerce, Myntra. I built a personalized feed based on shopping history, and brand affinity to engage more than 1 million users monthly on the app, and ultimately increase user retention.

For FunMy free time goes to consuming ridiculous amounts of audio media, cooking over-complicated meals, and trying an  outdoor activity over the weekends.

Giving BackAs part of Center of Excellence for Women & Technology,
I try to give back to the student community by hosting 15+ product design workshops on a semester basis at IU. I also lead and mentor a student team focussed on soft-launching undergrads in the field of design.
